Plus Licens AB is delighted to announce the establishment of its Plus Licens & Design Tokyo office.

Like Paris-based Plus Licens & Design France, Plus Licens & Design Tokyo will work with the building of licensing programs for the properties that Plus Licens represents on a worldwide basis. Furthermore, Plus Licens & Design Tokyo will serve the role of scout and facilitator when it comes to the many major Japanese properties that Plus Licens is representing in Europe and the Americas.

Plus Licens & Design Tokyo will be headed by Ms. Sachiko Imaizumi, who has a broad licensing and licensing-related background from companies like United Media KK, Copyrights Asia, Marks and Fukuinkan Shoten Publishers. Says Sachiko Imaizumi: "Here in Japan, where character licensing is quite matured and competitive, Plus Licens & Design Tokyo will surely be uniquely positioned, with facilitating of Japanese properties and a bridge-building role to the Plus Licens major territories, as well as representing the Nordic properties which have large potentials."
